and finish dates of each activity, both planned and actual

send progress review to seniors at the end of every month and request for “counseling”

unfinished plan in view of the progress of last month.
Review Process
·
Review is done strictly one-on- one

Reconnect,
talk about personal things, family etc.

Enquire how
was the last month, ask him/her to describe a synopsis- 5 minutes

listening, look at the relevant reports and make detailed enquiries.
