Implementation Process

·         Maintain a diary of activities

·         Make an Activity- Time schedule

·         Mark start and finish dates of each activity, both planned and actual

·         Prepare and send progress review to seniors at the end of every month and request for “counseling

·         Refine the unfinished plan in view of the progress of last month.

Review Process

·         Review is done strictly one-on- one

·         Reconnect, talk about personal things, family etc.

·         Enquire how was the last month, ask him/her to describe a synopsis- 5 minutes

·         While listening, look at the relevant reports and make detailed enquiries.

·         Ask for support documents, where required.

·         Counsel on unfinished work, make an action plan together.

·         Finally ask, what is the percentage achievement?

·         Decide and agree on the percentage and get signatures, sign yourself.
