Shyam B.Gupta
Shyam B.
Gupta is a graduate in mechanical engineering from I.T. BHU and M.Tech. from I.I.T. Kharagpur. Out of 30-year career in automobile
companies, he had last span of 14 years in Hero Honda Motors Ltd. As a
General Manager, Manufacturing and Research & Development. He is also a
Certified Value Specialist (Life C.V.S.) from the American Society of Value
Engineers.
Mr. Gupta
has his core competence in Project Management, Value Management and Quality
system development. He has been a trainer and faculty on the above
subjects. Due to his specific interest in Human related issues, he also has
been deeply involved in the HR related training. He has conducted several
practical workshops on Value Management, Quality, Production and
Productivity enhancement, problem solving, Training of dealers and
suppliers in Q.C.D. and safety areas. He has also completed a project in a
2-wheeler industry in launching a product from concept to mass production.
Shalini Gupta
Ms Shalini Gupta is a Graduate in Electrical Engineering
and a post- graduate in Marketing and Finance Management. She is an expert
on ISO 9000/14000/18000/TS 16949 certification and implementation. She has
helped more than 40 corporations including manufacturing, finance, oil,
software, chemical , defense etc.
Ms. Gupta’s core competencies are completing a given task in record
minimum time, and bringing down the
cost. She has milestones like 3% reduction in production cost, 7% reduction
in rejection to her credit within a span of 3
months.
S.S. Venkatramanan
Truly a
veteran in Value Management, Venkat is
a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University and practiced VM in Indian Railways for 10years.
He left as Director, Railway Board to further the cause of V.M.
In last
30 years, he has trained hundreds of professionals and has thousands of
V.M. projects to his credit in India and
abroad. He has done an indebted service to V.M. in India and
abroad.
A.C. Pradhan
A mechanical engineer with M.B.A., Mr. Pradhan is a person with great passion for
training and He started his carrier with Y.M.C.A. where he taught R &
A.C. for 6 years. Thereafter he switched over to industry and served
Escorts, M.S.D., Kelvinator, Carrier Aircon,
Maharaja, Hello Mineral Water. Presently he is serving as consultant to
several reputed companies.
Dr.
V. Deshpande
He is a
Ph.D. in Civil engg. And has been teaching
at I I T, Delhi for more than 20 years. Safety and Value Engineering
are his two special subjects apart from Civil. He
has published numerous research papers and has guided several
students for M.Tech. and Ph.D.
Currently a very senior rank person from industry is working for Ph.D. in
Safety under him. Dr. Deshpande has
completed several consultancy projects in industry.
Mr. Chander Sachdeva
A
graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Sachdeva has earned a special degree in Safety
from The Institute of Public health and Safety, Nagpur. He has served in Escorts Ltd and Taj group of hotels handling various aspects of
safety. His core strength is in implementing new safety projects as well as
maintaining the existing ones. He also enjoys training people in theory and
practice of safety. For the last four years, he is engaged in providing the
consultancy services to MNC’s and
Luxury hotels all over India.
