An effective communication means:

 

  • What the other person intends to say
  • What the person speaking actually says
  • What the person speaking is understood to have said
  • What the hearer wants to hear
  • What hearer actually hears?

 

The best inspiration of communication comes from Lord Ganeshji

 

  • Big head: Think Big
  • Big ears: Listen intently before answering
  • Narrow eyes: Be focused on your goal
  • Long nose: Keep smelling around useful things
  • Small mouth: speak less and listen more
